Meet the Founder
RTT Media's founder, Victoria L. Chapman is an award-winning and Emmy®-nominated producer/writer who specializes in bringing ideas to life.
Over 30+ years, she's created more than 400 hours of television programming across major networks like CNBC, E!, BET, and The History Channel—everything from live special events to round-table talk programming to a primetime documentary series that hit Nielsen's top 50.
Victoria has a producer's superpower: she can see the big picture while managing all the moving pieces that make it happen. Whether she's producing live television coverage of the Academy Awards® or helping a client troubleshoot production roadblocks, she excels at turning complex challenges into workable solutions.
Establishing her career in business journalism with Dow Jones, Victoria was part of CNBC's original launch team before moving to entertainment, where she spent five seasons producing red-carpet coverage with Joan Rivers and developing signature programming.
Currently expanding her governance expertise through the Veblen Directors Programme, Victoria is bringing her producer's approach to board advisory work. She's passionate about helping organizations build holistic processes while maintaining their entrepreneurial spark.
A Philadelphia native and Fisk University graduate, Victoria is a member of the Television Academy and the Producers Guild of America. Based in Atlanta, she maintains connections across multiple sectors, always looking for ways to help people advance in their goals and purpose.
